Environment Policy
Aim
Quicktow is committed to reducing our environmental impact while providing our customers with a high quality service. We recognise our moral and legal responsibility to ensure that our activities and services do not place the local community or environment at risk of harm. To do this we will implement procedures that minimise the impact of our operations on the neighbouring community and environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all environmental policies and procedures and implemented
- Complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements at state and national level
- Driving a culture of continuous environmental improvement with a focus on fuel and energy efficiency
- Ensuring we act in a socially responsible manner in regards to the management of our people, our communities and resources
- Understanding and managing our environmental risks with the goal of minimising or eliminating those risks
- Commit to actively considering the use of alternative energy sources and low emissions technology, as they become economically viable
- Engage with our suppliers and customers to develop improved environmental sustainability practices
